Dr. Doan is Running for Make-A-Wish

Our very own Dr. Doan is running for charity in this year's Marine Corps Marathon on 10/28! Help her reach her goal by making a pledge and show your support for the wonderful work that the Make-A-Wish foundation does. Read a message from Dr. Doan below! Thank you for your support!

A Message from Dr. Doan:

I have the honor this year of becoming a charity runner representing the Make-A-Wish Foundation Mid-Atlantic Chapter during the Marine Corps Marathon on October 28th, 2012.  I'm sure lots of you have heard what amazing things the Make-A-Wish foundation has granted for these children, and I'm looking forward to being a small part of bringing their one wish come true (and so can you!). The following link helps to demonstrate the incredible things big or small, by those young or old, that has been done over the years. Please take the time to read or watch some of the touching testimonies of these children with life-threatening medical conditions and of those who have had a chance to help! (http://www.wish.org/)

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation has had the privilege of granting wishes of over 7,000 children with conditions such as cancer, pediatric AIDS, cystic fibrosis, and heart disease since 1983. The funds raised from this event will continue to be used to serve children who reside in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland and Northern Virginia.

I thank God each and everyday for the greatest gift he has given me, Life. And as precious as it is, I pledge to make sure every minute of these children's lives is worth every second.
Please help me raise my personal goal as we are absolutely not limited there! Thank you for all your support.

Dr. VyVy Doan
